As we move into this coming year we will be creating some Self Care options for you as well as ongoing support for all of our alumni.  This will include an online  support chat room to be hosted weekly by one of our staff, a nutrition coaching class, and an upcoming events calendar for future workshops and intensives for the alumni to participate in for accelerating your personal and spiritual growth.
